The Market

Vast. Hot. Dusty. Crowded. Chaotic. Impossible to photograph because of those colored, plastic tarpaulins hung for the shade that cast hues. Tianguis de martes. The Tuesday market. My market. Every Tuesday. I love it.

The Dollar Store . . . or more precisely, The Ten Peso Store.

One can go with the assurance that anything one needs is for sale there somewhere. The only problem is finding it. Here the gentleman in the olive drab tee is selling replacement tops for blenders.

Once again, I neglected to bring a bag and had to purchase yet another.

A shopping companion riding in the new shopping bag.
